I take advantage of loyalty programs often with restaurants. Last night my wife & I visited a local restaurant where they offerred us a very nice loyalty program--including $10 off our next visit. The food, however, was so poorly cooked we decided not to visit the restaurant again. We left the brochure about the program on the table. Loyalty programs are no subsitute for good service and a quality experience.
