I too, am a fan of baseball and it's "team efforts." Your team with it's "can do attitude" is most likely the result of each employee being directly involved in the day to day operations, but more importantly... having their contributions being noted and acknowledged. Doing so, they have a more personal interest in the business' success and are always more likely to take an active part in a "team of winners." Chuck, I enjoyed your article.
